Durante 1 año (1992-1993) fuisteis para mi como unos padres. Me acogisteis en vuestro hogar ofreciendome todo lo que teniais. Recuerdo muy bien cuando Rick me llevó en coche mi primer dia de instituto... siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar! Estoy de acuedo en todas las cosas que habeis escrito sobre Rick, pero me gustaría añadir una mas: su amor a Dori. Dori, del tiempo que pasé con vosotros en USA, lo más bonito que recuerdo es cuando os abrazabais durante horas... Que Dios te bendiga. OS QUIERO

Dori, Rick's life story is a beautiful example of Christs' love for His children! How saddened I was to hear of his death, but how blessed to know that he arrived in heaven before us all. I can just picture him there in Gods' heavenly garden, planting and harvesting flowers to place on his Fathers' table. Thank you, Dori, for giving us a chance and a forum to say good-bye to a dear freind and brother. The garden is so awesome, he was an artist. The words to the music made me cry. You helped me understand how Ricks' early life made him so grateful to Jesus for His love and compassion. I remember when I first moved into the house in Sylvania, Rick worked very hard to put in a door to my basement, and he put in phone lines too. He was generous with his time. He also got me that job at the factory when I lost my job at the design company. May the Lord bless you, Dori, and keep you, may He make His light to shine upon you and give you peace until the time when you meet Rick on the other side. Love in Christ Jesus, Maureen
